Taken from their first full length Steam, New York-based duo TMBOY shares the fascinating

single "The Light".

'Steam' is a collection of drum-heavy beats beautifully written, emotionally vivid pop music

that you can dance to, hypnotic synths and vibrant vocals with themes of queer love and

self-discovery.

TMBOY is Sarah Aument and Will Shore. Together they create shadowy electronic pop.

It has an unusually organic feel for music that leans heavily into house and techno.

As a songwriter, Aument’s vocals expose the difficult process of understanding who she is,

while Shore’s vibraphone playing and production amplify the emotion in each lyric.
