SAM HOFFMAN
Share new melodic track "Glencrest Lane" from album 'Fairweather'
"Glencrest Lane" is a consuming example of Hoffman’s strong songwriting and aesthetic, recalling ’60s and ’70s rock/pop while emphasizing a jangly feel.
'Fairweather' is the debut record from Nashville-based musician Sam Hoffman. Originally from the suburbs of Cincinnati, Hoffman grew up listening to Big Star, Olivia Tremor Control, The Beatles, Teenage Fanclub, Rockin’ Horse, Elliott Smith and many more.
'Fairweather' is heavily influenced by '60s and '70s pop music, while remaining contemporary and original.
'Fairweather' was recorded and produced in several homes in Nashville in 2017, however, the bulk of the record was recorded over the course of two weeks with co-producer and mixing engineer Paul Criscuolo in his home.
The songs on 'Fairweather' take an introspective look at Hoffman and his years growing up in Loveland, OH.
The record is now streaming everywhere (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.) and is available on cassette and CD on Hoffman’s Bandcamp page.
