COMPANY INK

Punk sensations Company Ink share contagious new EP cut 'Young Milk' taken from upcoming debut EP Blah Blah via Propeller Recordings.

Punk sensations Company Ink, the latest enticing act to emerge from Norwegian powerhouse indie label Propeller Recordings (Dagny, Highasakite, Sløtface),

share contagious new cut Young Milk ahead of the arrival of debut EP

Blah Blah later this month.

Capitalising on the growing hype following the release of lead single The Flip earlier this spring, the band’s infectious blend of flowery Anglophile instrumentation, driving rap rhythms, and punk spirit shines through in their newest offering, delving deeper

into a world of melancholy, aggression, and taking no prisoners.

Marshalled by Trondheim-based duo Axel Moller-Olsen and Daragh Wearen Murphy, two university friends who bonded over their love of music, Company Ink’s stellar rise has already brought considerable critical acclaim and with tour dates to follow their

May 31st EP release, the band are primed for further exposure.

Discussing the track’s origins in their trademark witty style, the two-piece declared:

“It’s about how I always loved to bake as a kid even though I sucked at it; and later coming to terms with the fact that I’ll never ever be

a pastry chef”.

Company Ink’s Young Milk is released 16th May via Propeller Recordings and will be available on all digital platforms.

Company Ink is Daragh P. Wearen (backing vocals, bass guitar, keys, guitar),

Axel Møller Olsen (vocals)
